FLOOR MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom and sales operations
- Plan, develop and implement sales/marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Grow sales through strong customer relationships
- Establish customer relationship and maintain good report with customers
- Lead and motivate a team if retail staff to achieve the sales target with high level of customer service
- Executing sales and coordinating marketing activities and promotions
- Stay informed of furniture design industry news and trends
- Maintain and improve showroom display
- Maintain stock and inventory

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Retail/Hospitality or relevant discipline
- Min. 3 years experience in retail/store operations and/or furniture sales
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective relationships, solve problems and impact and influence others
- Positive attitude and team player
- Willing to work retail hours and on weekends and public holidays
- Transport will be provided from Tampines MRT to Tampines showroom

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and deliver marketing strategies to meet company objectives and to achieve sales target;
- Perform and evaluate market research/analysis and monitor market trends/conditions and implement marketing plan changes as needed;
- Review, follow up and recommend all promotional and marketing activities and events
- Create, formulate, develop and work with vendors in producing all marketing collaterals, advertisements, press releases and any other related materials as and when necessary
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the management

Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Relevant experience in interior design and home furnishing industry
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and people skills
- Good in strategic planning and driving sales direction
- A self-starter, innovative and highly results driven
- Self-motivated, independent, creative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment while being a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICERS
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the smooth operation at the reception areas including receiving and attending to visitors/guests/VIPs with a cheerful disposition, answer their queries and direct them to the appropriate personnel; handle all incoming calls, take messages and perform other customer service/administrative duties whenever required.

Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels and above;
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in service industry;
- Computer literate;
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Responsible, well organized and a good team player;
- Cheerful, enthusiastic, motivated and customer service oriented;
- Singapore or Singapore PR needs to apply;
- Willing to work retail hours and on weekends/public holidays;
- Transport will be provided from Tampines MRT to Tampines showroom.

SALES INTERIOR DESIGNERS/SALES EXECUTIVE
(Full Time or Part Time)

- You are required to identify customer needs with respect to furniture products in order to deliver a solution that best fits those needs, including accessories and services; advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications, if applicable; provide excellent customer services and process related sales order activities; achieve company’s sales target.
